A passionate yoga instructor and professional photographer with a love for travel and transformation. Since 2009, yoga has been Maro’s guiding force, bringing clarity, peace, and purpose through life and across continents.

With certifications in Odaka Yoga (Italy), Sajeeva Flow (Thailand), Vipassana meditation (Myanmar), and Reiki (India), Maro weaves diverse practices into a unique, uplifting flow. Also trained in Theta Healing, Bowtech, and breathwork, Maro brings a holistic approach to every class, creating space for laughter, release, and self-connection.

For Maro, yoga is a transformative journey—an invitation to reconnect, embrace the present, and find peace. Join a class to experience this journey toward balance and inner calm.

Helen Noakes

A dedicated yoga instructor and movement enthusiast with over 21 years of experience in yoga, Qi Gong, improvisational movement and holistic practices. Her journey began with Iyengar Yoga in Australia and deepened in 2002 through transformative training with Gary Carter, inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli.

Guided by mentors and wise elders, Helen now shares her expertise worldwide. Based in Leonidio, she runs a wellness and creative arts studio, fostering self-connection and harmony with nature. Join Helen for mindful movement and transformation.

Our cultural expert in Leonidio, is a master of local history, Tsakonian traditions, and gastronomy. With a degree in Greek culture, she brings the region’s rich heritage to life through her teaching, lectures, and writing.

An accomplished author, Eleni’s works include Tsakonian fairy tales, a dictionary, and her culinary book Tsakonian Flavors.

Whether guiding visitors through local history or leading hands-on cooking classes, Eleni offers an unforgettable journey into the heart of Tsakonian culture.
