Payment and Cancellation Policy Nomia Events 2025

Payment policies:

  • An advance payment of 30% of the total event price (before any discounts) is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be transferred no later than 5 weeks before the event.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 3 weeks to 2 months before the event: A cancellation fee of 5% of the total event price will apply.
  • 1 week to 3 weeks before the event: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total event price will apply.
  • Less than 1 week before the event: The cancellation fee will be 100% of the total event price.

Important Notes:

  • Cancellation fees are calculated based on the full event price, before any discounts.
  • Nomia Experience reserves the right to cancel an event if the minimum participant threshold is not met. In such cases, you will be notified at least 4 weeks in advance, and all payments will be fully refunded.
  • Refunds do not cover third-party payment processing fees, such as WeTravel other booking charges.
  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
